The domestic hot water systems at the Apartments and Lammers Hall at Westfield State University are past their useful life and need replacement. The scope of this project is to upgrade existing hot water system components at the Apartments and Lammers Hall. Construction is expected to begin in May 2021 and be completed in August 2021. This project will follow the requirements set forth in Ch. 149A.
