Scope of the project includes the replacement of the hot water heaters at Atlantic Hall and Peabody Hall. Both systems will be designed to incorporate redundancy with two tanks, in order to minimize the chance of loss of hot water in the buildings. The replacement will take place during the Summer of 2021. This project will follow the requirements set forth in Chapter 193.
