Project shall include the replacement of the existing built-up roof on Linsley Hall, including all flashing, accessories as required. Project may incorporate replacement of the existing chiller during Summer. Work as identified as beyond its useful life on the MSCBA Building database. MSCBA will contract the study and architectural services under house doctor procurement. The General Contractor will be procured under Chapter 149.
