The Massachusetts State College Building Authority 253 Summer Street, Suite 300 Boston, MA 02210 617.542.1081 fax 978-735-2156 Is seeking joint proposals from Architect and Construction Management Firm teams to provide design and construction management services for selective demolition and renovation of 164-168 Highland Avenue for the creation of Faculty/Staff housing at Fitchburg State University. Work will include a complete gut renovation of an existing residential building encompassing interior, exterior and site improvements. Future scope to be determined. The RFQ/P is issued according to the Single Selection Method Procedures of the Authority, pursuant to Section 30 of Chapter 193 of the Acts of 2004. The Authority will accept only joint statements of qualifications and joint proposals: a joint proposal is sought from Architect and CM teams who have previously worked together on renovation projects of similar scope, complexity, schedule, and budget.
