Requests qualifications from Construction Management Firms to provide construction management service for Project # FIT-0828-17, Fitchburg State University, Main Street Theater Block Renovations in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Project is renovation to the Fitchburg Theater, future scope to be determined. Qualifications are sought from Construction Management firms which have successfully completed projects of similar scope, complexity, schedule, and budget, specifically major building renovations. Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate. Estimated Construction Cost: $35,000,000. General Bid Deadline: Wednesday March 11, 2020 at 12:00 noon. This is a construction management at risk project under M.G.L. C. 149A. Interested firms must submit a Qualifications Statement by the deadline and be pre-qualified if they are interested in participating in the proposal stage of this project. At a later date, only the pre-qualified firms will be invited to submit a proposal for Construction Management Services. All interested firms must submit qualifications for this project even if they are already DCAMM-certified. Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 149A.
