Is requesting bids for Project # MCAD-1083-24 Smith Mechanical Repairs at Massachusetts College of Art and Design . The consists of the replacement of the existing fire alarm system at Smith Residence Hall. Electrical fire pump tie-in to the generator will also be addressed. Interested GC’s must be certified as Prime Contractor for Electrical. Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate. Estimated Construction Cost: $240,000.
