Motion to Enter Executive Session
Motion to enter executive session in accordance with G.L. c. 30A, § 21: The Authority anticipates that it may meet in executive session in accordance with G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel; and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation M.G.L. c. 30A, s 21(a)(3). The Authority anticipates such discussion with regard to all employees of the Authority. The public session of the Board Meeting will not reconvene at the conclusion of the executive session.
