Requests Qualification Statements from firms interested in bidding on General Contract work for MSCBA Project No.# MCAD-0949-22 Starbucks Fitout at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. The project is the tenant fit-out of a commercial food service space inside the Kennedy Campus Center at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, Massachusetts. Work includes demo of existing tenant fit out, reconfiguration of MEP systems, installation of millwork package. Schedule for Summer 2022, Completion Fall 2022. Future scope to be determined. The General Contractor Selection Process will incorporate the requirements set forth in MGL Section 44D1/2 of Chapter 149. Responses from eligible General Contractors will be used to pre-qualify the firms to respond to one or more Request for Bids that will be issued by the Authority in the Spring 2022.
