This summer’s project includes replacement of the exhaust fans in the Mara Village bathrooms. The bathroom exhaust fans in the original Mara Village buildings are failing, causing moisture build-up in the bathrooms and often triggering the smoke detectors. The scope of this project includes repairing/ upgrading the bathroom exhaust system at Mara buildings 1-5 and the Commons. This project will follow the requirements set forth in Chapter 149.
