LEED Gold for Marsh Hall!

MSCBA was informed today that Salem State's new Marsh Hall has received LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council. More than the simple designation, however, is the recognition of: the importance of sustainable design in an academic environment where future leaders are trained; the need to reduce the use of fossil fuels; and the lower long-term operating costs.
