MSCBA RFP: Investment Banking Underwriting Request

The Massachusetts State College Building Authority seeks proposals from qualified firms interested in providing investment banking and underwriting services to the Authority (“RFP”). Specifically, the Authority is seeking to create a pool of underwriters to serve as senior managers or co-managers on the Authority’s publicly offered negotiated bond issues. The participation and role of underwriters will be determined at the time of sale of a bond issue. Subject to Board approval, the Authority expects the pool to be in place for a five-year period, but reserves the right to terminate the pool or the participation of any member or members of the pool – or to include additional members - at its sole discretion.
