Requests qualification statements from firms interested in bidding on trade contractor work on the Warren Center Renewal , at Framingham State University ,Project No.: FRA-0929-21 . Responses from eligible trade contractors will be used to prequalify the trade contractors to participate in response to a request for bids that will be issued by the Authority. This project incorporates the requirements set forth in Chapter 193. Responses Due: Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM . General Scope of Work: Phased renovations to Warren Conference Center including new roofs, windows, new building addition, interior hotel room renovations, bathroom renovations, future projects as required.
