Requests bids for joint Project # FRA-0886-19 Peirce and Mann Floors and FRA-0905-20 McCarthy Dining Renovationsat Framingham State University. The scope of the work includes the following: a) Plaster repair at Mann and Peirce Halls, b) carpet replacement at Mann and Peirce Halls, c) Resilient flooring installation at first floor dorm rooms at Peirce Hall, d) bathroom renovation at Peirce Hall, e) McCarthy Hall resilient flooring replacement at dining commons and grease-trap replacement in commercial kitchen. Additional scope work as required. Work to be completed Summer 2020.. Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate. Estimated Construction Cost: $400,000.
