Companies 1 & 2 - Addition and Renovation - 443-05 MMA

This project includes the construction of a two-story addition at existing cadet housing (companies 1 and 2) and construction of a new six-story elevator/bath core between existing Companies 1/2 and 6. The Architect, Construction Management Firm team consists of Prellwitz/Chilinski Associates, Inc., and Erland Construction, Inc. The work is scheduled to be completed in the Summer of 2007. Estimated construction cost is $13 Million.

Student Center - Bookstore & Lobby Expansion & - 444-05 MMA

The Building Authority plans to expand an existing 1,100 square feet of retail sales area to 2,150 square feet. The building addition incorporates an expanded building entrance for the student center and conference center wing of the building. The bookstore features include new aluminum storefront entrance doors and sidelight, additional fiting room, renovated space to new bookstore office, store diplays with fixtures, lighting and interior finishes. Exterior construction shall meet flood-proof requirements; brick veneer and metal panel facade to match existing building. Addition shall be fully sprinklered. Estimated construction cost is $500,000.
