Smith - Renovations - 415-05 MCA
| The Smith Hall Renovation project includes installation of a fire protection system, fire alarms, acoustical ceiling tile at main lobby, work rooms, lounges, and select corridors. Installaion of pre-finished sprinkler pipe cover system. Gypsum assembly patching, touch-up paintint, fire stopping and smoke stopping associated with the installation of the systems. The architect and general contractor are Design Partnership of Cambridge, and GVW, Inc. respectively. Estimated construction cost is $500,000. |
