McCarthy College Center Renovation - 403-04 FRA
| The McCarthy College Center Renovation project includes renovation of aproximately 27,000 square feet of school administration space, student organization space, and classrooms on the upper levels of the D. Justin McCarthy Colelge Center. The renovations will include interior partitions and finishes, improvements to the HVAC system, and the installation of a new automatic sprinkler system. |

Residence Halls Renovations - 446-05 FRA
|
The Building Authority is renovating three residence halls at Framingham State College. Larned, Peirce, and Horace Mann Halls are schduled for major renovations during the summers of 2006 and 2007. The Architect and Construction Management Firm Team consists of Pfeufer/Richardson Architects, and Consigli Construction Comoany, Inc. The construction cost is estimated at $4.4 Million. |
