Athletic Fields - Renovation - 409-04 FIT

The Fitchburg Athletic Fields Renovation project will replace existing turf with new synthetic surface. The athletic fields were outdated and not compliant with current codes. The project will include a new eight-lane track, synthetic game field, synthetic practic field, bleachers seating 1200, press box, fencing, drainage, landscaping, and increased lighting, and related imporvements. Symmes, Maini & McKee Associates is the Designer and David W. White and Son, Inc. and K & S Builders, Inc. are the Contractors for this project. The estimated construction cost for the athletic fields is $2.5 Million. Construction completion is scheduled for August, 2005. |

Hammond Campus Center Entry Renovations - 448-05 FIT
Estimated construction cost is $2 Million. The project is scheduled to begin May of 2007, and be completed Ausgust, 2007. Prellwitz/Chilinski Associates, Inc. and Cafco Construction Mangement make up the Architect, General Contractor Team for this project.
