MSCBA - Massachusetts State College Building Authority

The Massachusetts State College Building Authority (MSCBA) services and contributes to the missions of the nine state colleges:
Bridgewater State College,
Fitchburg State College,
Framingham State College,
Massachusetts College of Art and Design,
Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts,
Massachusetts Maritime Academy,
Salem State College,
Westfield State College, and
Worcester State College.

The MSCBA houses approximately 12,000 students (about 35% of the full time students system-wide) each year in 3 million square feet of on-campus housing.
