Bates Complex

The Bates Complex was built in 1990. The building is a four-story building that houses 354 students in over 34,000 square feet. The Bates Complex has 35 suites including single and double bedrooms, shared bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.

Bowditch Hall

The Bowditch Hall was built in 1965. It is a seven-story building that houses 276 students in over 26,000 square feet. The Bowditch Hall contains single and double bedrooms.

Central Campus Residence Hall

The Central Campus Residence Hall was built in 2004. It is a four-story building that houses over 256 students. Central Campus Residence Hall contains single and double bedrooms.

Peabody Hall

The Peabody Hall was built in 1965. It is an eight-story building that houses 322 students in over 31,000 square feet. Peabody Hall is made up of single and double bedrooms.
