Artists' Residence Hall | Smith Hall

Artists' Residence Hall


The Artist's Residence Hall was built in 2002. It is a nine-story building that houses 310 students in over 32,000 square feet. The Artist's Residence Hall is made up of single and double bedrooms. The building contains two-story workrooms, telephone w/voicemail for each student, high-speed internet connections with data/cable hook up for each student and common areas.  The Artist's Residence Hall has a first-floor laundry room, outdoor courtyard areas and a convenience store located at the entrance of the building.

Smith Hall

The Smith Hall was built in 1989. It is a five-story building that houses 112 students in over 12,000 square feet. Smith Hall is made up of single and double bedrooms. A common room, gam room/TV lounge, complete kitchen and laundry facilities are located on the first floor. Smith Hall also has air-conditioning, high-speed internet access, local telephone service/voice mail and basic cable service.
